The Oklahoma Association of Regional Councils (OARC) unites 11 Councils of Governments that serve all 77 counties, 629 cities and towns, and 3.5 million residents across Oklahoma. Together, these Councils of Governments (COGs) help local leaders plan for growth, secure funding, strengthen public safety, and deliver vital community services that improve the quality of life for Oklahomans.
Association of Central Oklahoma Governments
ACOG serves the citizens of Canadian, Cleveland, Logan and Oklahoma counties.
Association of South Central Oklahoma Governments
ASCOG serves the citizens of Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, McClain, Stephens and Tillman counties.
Central Oklahoma Economic Development District
COEDD serves the citizens of Pawnee, Payne, Lincoln, Seminole, Okfuskee, Pottawatomie, and Hughes counties.
Eastern Oklahoma Development District
EEOD serves the citizens of Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah, and Wagoner counties.
