Job Announcement: Office Manager

The Southern Oklahoma Development Association (SODA) is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to join our team in Durant, Oklahoma. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily administrative operations of our organization, helping ensure an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace while supporting programs and services that make a difference throughout Southern Oklahoma.  (Download job description here.)

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily office operations and administrative functions 
• Provide support to leadership and staff 
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, mail, and reception 
• Maintain inventories and administrative records 
• Assist with budgeting and office expense tracking 
• Schedule building maintenance and support special projects 
• Help improve office procedures and organizational efficiency 

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or administrative support 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong professional ethics 
• High school diploma required (college education and/or related experience preferred)
